Our Responsibility:

We handle request on first come first
service bases.

We will do our best to honor our appointments.
However, unless an appointment is related to a business
emergency, we give priority to business emergencies
and may be required to cancel your appointment in order
to attend to another business emergency situation. We’ll
call ahead of time to reschedule an appointment, and
will notify you as soon as possible.
Customer Responsibility:

We are not responsible for any data loss,
and your acceptance of our services constitutes your
agreement to hold us harmless from liability with respect
to any data loss that may happen. We will provide our
best service, and do everything to prevent data loss
and/or recovery when ever possible.

As computers are complicated in nature,
there are times when working on them will produce unexpected
developments, which may include, without limitation,
the computer becoming un-operable. We do not agree to
be held responsible for such unexpected developments,
and your acceptance of our service constitutes your
agreement to compensate us on an hourly basis for any
troubleshooting and repair that we performed on that
computer(s). This also includes our travel charges.

A person over the age of 18 must be at
home at the time of onsite repairs.

You can cancel your appointment up to
4 hours before the scheduled time, with no extra charge
to you.

If you cancel your appointment with less
than 4 hour notice or if no one is available at the
time of a scheduled appointment or if, with respect
to a house call, no person of 18 rears or older is home,
you’ll be charged a service fee of $20 per such
incident.

You acceptance of our service also restricts
you from hiring any CCTS technicians directly for fixing
your computer or network for your friend or family,
other than through CCTS. By acceptance of our service
you agree to pay a fine of up to $500 if such offense
happens.
Estimates
-
We’ll provide estimates with respect
to the cost of requested work as an informal guideline
only. Our estimates are based on the cost of previously
performed work of similar nature; however, due to the
changing market situations and complicated computer
nature, the actual bill may turn out to be a different
amount than quoted in the estimate.

With respect to the cost of individual
tangible products, such as memory, monitor, hard drives,
piece of software, we’ll provide you with a formal
quote with respect to each such item.
Payment Terms
-
All parts must be paid for prior to ordering.
-
Payment is due when service is rendered.
-
There is 20% (of total project cost)
payment due at the time of hiring us.
-
We accept check and cash.
-
We can agree on payment terms with Businesses
and Individuals who sign up for Annual Support and Service
Contract with us.
